We received an overwhelming response indicating that November is a great time for the conference. Due to the Presidential election, we will be holding the conference in late November. Dates and venue will be released shortly.

Thank you for your participation in the 2011 North America Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference (NATHIC): Positioning for Profitability, part of the IHIF Summit Series!

As a sister event to the International Hotel Investment Forum in Berlin, IHIF Summit Series are global summits that are topical in nature and pertain to important topics to the hospitality industry in a timely manner.

In 2009 and 2010, the IHIF Summit Series topic focused on distressed hotel assets. Nearly 300 hospitality professionals involved in distressed assets attended the 2010 summit focused on the four "R’s" of distressed hotels: recapitalization, repositioning, receivership and recovery. In 2011, NATHIC attendees delved into hospitality industry issues that ensured their property was positioned to obtain their share of profitability in the next cycle. During the 2-day event in 2011, industry leaders and experts discussed how the economic recovery was stimulating the pace of acquisitions and conversions, the abundance of equity, the search for financing and the rekindling of stalled projects.

Attendees for NATHIC include senior-level hospitality investors, operators, developers, management companies, lenders, hotel owners, hotel buyers, lawyers, special servicers and industry players to partake in the unrivalled educational and networking opportunities.
